My goal as a complementary therapist is to help enhance and improve your health and well-being with reflexology, massage aromatherapy, crystals and reiki.
Meet your therapist
My name is Kathryn and I am a fully qualified and insured Complementary Therapist based in Elgin, Moray. I am also registered with the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists).
I originally trained as a Nurse back in 2006 and worked within different specialities throughout my career. I decided that I wanted a change of career and in 2018, whilst working part-time as a nurse, I went to Moray College, UHI, to commence studying for an HNC in Complementary Therapies. After only a couple of weeks I felt that I had found my calling in life and I quickly became passionate about Complementary Therapies.
I qualified in 2019 and offer a range of treatments including aromatherapy massage, body massage and reflexology. Since qualifying I have undergone further studying and was able to study with Ziggie Bergman from the London School of Reflexology and now offer facial reflexology, Zone Face Lift, facial cupping and most recently, Crystal Gua Sha Facial. I have also studied pregnancy massage, advanced hand reflexology, ear reflexology, crystal reflexology, crystal therapy, face and body Gua Sha and reflexology for menopause.
As my therapy business has grown and developed, I decided it was time to leave nursing and focus on my job as a complementary therapist. At the end of September 2022 I finally took the plunge and gave up my nursing registration in order to concentrate on my treatments and helping my clients.

The Treatment Room
Situated at 50 High Street, Elgin* my treatment room offers a warm and comfortable environment where you can relax and enjoy a range of therapies.
My top of the range, fully electric massage couch is easily adjusted to help you find the ultimate position for relaxation, and I have an electric under blanket to keep you extra warm and cosy. The couch can be lowered to make getting on and off easy.
The air is scented with a blend of beautiful essential oils and there are always plush throws to keep you covered and cosy. The room has soft lighting and my salt lamps emit a lovely warm glow whilst helping to cleanse the air.
I love organic and natural products, therefore I decided to become a Tropic Skincare ambassador and use their products for my treatments.
